Weather-Related Cancellations:

Guests may cancel their reservation due to weather events such as ferry or flight cancellations up to 24 hours before their scheduled arrival for a full refund.
General Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled arrival date will be charged for the first night's booking.
Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

Payment Policy for Online Reservations and Long-Term Stays

At the time of booking, your card will be authorized for the total amount of your reservation.
Securing Your Reservation:

A valid Visa or Mastercard is required to secure your reservation.
The authorization ensures that the funds are available and secures your booking with us.
Final Payment:

The total amount will be charged to your card upon confirmation of your booking.
Point of Sale (POS) Payments for Long-Term Stays and Offline Bookings:

For long-term stays or guests who prefer not to book online, we offer the option to make payments via our in person Point of Sale (POS) system.
Guests can make POS payments using Visa or Mastercard, as well as debit cards.
